Afghanistan is a country that has been at war for years and still suffers from social and economic damage. The loss of physical infrastructure as a result of the war, and the human resources belonging to the mass emigration of the country's intellectuals and specialists is extensive and is considered a major concern in terms of rehabilitation and relief. With a limited number of professionally educated Afghans, the burden of rehabilitation was limited to the commitment of the international community, international organizations, and foreign partners. Hence the need for infrastructure increased day by day and more than ever there was a huge gap in the infrastructure and construction sector with a few Afghan professionals available to use their talents to develop and rebuild the country.
Therefore, in 2003, we (GACC), a small group of professional engineers, came together intending to take a positive step in the construction and development of the country. This was exactly the time when few companies were operating in this industry in the country.
commitment, quality, and our core values brought GACC a great reputation, as it soon became one of the leading construction companies.
We have pioneered many of the current techniques used in construction, design, and workforce development. Our Knowledge, experienced staff, and successful completion of nearly 150 different small and mediumsized projects with the US Army, USIAD, PRTs, United Nations agencies, the Government of Afghanistan, and other national and international organizations give us more confidence to be an effective partner in helping to achieve common humanitarian and infrastructure goals in Afghanistan.
